The Caramelised Onions are so delicious on beef, chicken, and veggie burgers. It was a big crowd pleaser at our recent BBQ, the whole jar was just about gone in one day. The Red Pepper Marmalade really surprised me with how complex and yummy the flavours were. I stirred the jar through warm pasta with chicken and spring vegetables, made a super delicious and easy weeknight meal. A pantry staple from now on!

I made my Moroccan friend try the Harissa. She swore it was from Morocco and was impressed when I showed her it came from Tasmania. I use it to marinate all my fish and lamb on the BBQ.

If you’re a condiment freak like me you’ll love the Bills range. Bill’s Spicy Tomato Chutney is one of my favourites. It tastes like a traditional style chutney with plenty of depth and spice but it’s not chilli hot. Also the ingredients are locally sourced in Tassie which make these products extra special.
